Senior Surveyor

Current vacancy for a housing provider in Birmingham.

Key duties will include,

  • Management of three surveyors.
  • Management of planned works including specification, appointment and management of contractors.
  • Types of works will be kitchen and bathroom replacements, external painting.
  • Budget management and procurement of contracts.
  • You must have excellent knowledge of building regs, CDM and housing legislation.
